Fit Friday Motivation

I saw this and fell in love with it.  It applies to fitness and to every other aspect of life as well.  If you’ve been putting off working towards your goals– whether they are to lose weight, to clean up your diet, to train for a full marathon, to get in shape… to get in touch with lost friends, to move forward on that business you’ve always wanted to start, to finally book that dream vacation– don’t delay.  Don’t “start on Monday.”  Start now.  Make a plan and get working towards it.  There’s no time like the present!
